Voice broadcasting / bulk calling
Voice Broadcasting is a mass communication technology that is used to send out recorded voice messages to your desired phone numbers. Our software, Ringaze provides a voice broadcasting platform, where you can upload your recorded voice message, import your contacts, and send the broadcast or calls.

The term “Voice Broadcasting” describes a mass communication technique that broadcasts telephone messages at once to hundreds or thousands of recipients.
Bulk voice calls are pre-recorded messages you can listen to from your mobile or landline phone. Using a bulk voice call service, one can send a message pre-recorded to large numbers of people with an easy process. The service is also useful for calling unlimited numbers at once. A voice message can be created easily and conveniently to be sent to multiple customer databases, to keep records and to earn profits.
Increase your pickup rate with an automatic retries feature, to reach more people. Retrying the call will increase the pickup rate- and encourage more people to participate in voice call surveys and messages. Before running each campaign, you can set the time you can redial to the phone numbers that do not receive the first try.
You can also configure the retries, for example, if a person doesn’t pick up the phone at 8 am on Sunday, you can configure 3 retries for him/her, the first retry can be 10 am, the second can be 1 pm and 3rd can be 5 pm. In this way, automatic retries can be made. Use your personal phone number and forward incoming calls to multiple extensions at the same time.
Press 1 campaign
With the Press 1 campaign, your customers can directly communicate via numeric inputs. Its applications can survey, feedback and more. Press 1 campaign can also be called interactive Voice broadcasting. It is easy to set up and it is easy to run. An automated message will be played to the receiver on pick-up with a press 1 campaign, in which an automated call is placed to an address on the list, in order to talk to a live agent, the contact will need to press 1 on the telephone keypad. You can run a small survey like a feedback survey through the press 1 campaign.
Individual accounts :
In Ringaze, you can set up individual accounts for each user and select authority level. Individual accounts can be created providing information and contact providing a single username and password for companies to contact their individual.
Live monitoring :
You can monitor all your ongoing campaigns live from the dashboard with more information available. It helps to monitor all the campaigns line from the dashboard with additional information on the dashboard itself

Broadcast overview :
As most of the calls and activities use IVR as a voice broadcasting method, the solution provided by the company helps to view all the activities from the broadcast overview bar.
Task management :
You have the option to ask your customer to leave a voice message, which can also be accessed in software and sent to your designated email. when you provide the option for beneficiaries to leave a voice message (feedback,
complaints). All voice messages will be sent directly to the assigned email. While managing the task, for example, a political party gives us permission to organize a political campaign, we manage the tasks through the life cycle of that political campaign, which involves the planning, testing, tracking, and reporting of the given specific tasks.
Import contact :
You can directly import contacts you have in excel or CSV format to the software, and reuse them for upcoming campaigns. All the contact can be added to our solution Ringaze, as required and given by the company. We just need to import, through the file provided. Uploading or importing the contact directly in the excel or CSV format will have made it easier.
Do Not Call (DNC) :
In this case, the system will not contact the number again if they didn’t pick up the first time. You can even set up options for beneficiaries to not get calls from you “Don’t call options”.
You can run multiple campaigns at the same time. Unlimited time can be taken to complete the campaign. Helps to achieve the key to managing the series of broadcasting digitally, to reach the customer level.
Up to 100 parallel calls :
For broadcast, we use digital phone numbers which can give you up to 100 concurrent calls, i.e., 100 calls at once. with digital phone numbers, you can make up to 100 concurrent calls or 100 calls at once.
This is possible because Ringaze distributes the call in different ratios dividing the channels which makes it easier to organize parallel calls.
Missed call / call back system :
Using the call-back system, you can automatically redial the number of the last person to call your phone. You can automatically call back the last party if someone calls when you are on the phone or while you are away from the working environment you can set up a missed call/call back system, where beneficiaries can call your given phone number, and the call gets cut and they receive an automatic call from you ensuring beneficiaries do not have to bear any calling expenses.
Review management :
Review management systems for online review are a great way of monitoring, redirecting, and responding to the feedback that has been given back by potential customers on software call systems and forums.
After setting up each campaign, the software will send the campaign for review before running the campaign to ensure there are no errors and the campaign is complete with no mistakes.
